5. In case any of the above-mentioned model is discontinued or out of stock, Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co., Ltd. reserves the right to replace the said model with another similar model and the market price and discount price is subject to change (if any).
6. Customers are required to pay extra delivery charges under the following conditions:
   • delivery location does not have an elevator or the elevator is not readily accessible (e.g. can only be accessed via stairs);
   • delivery location is in restricted parking area which the delivery truck/van cannot reach;
   • disposal of electrical appliance by our logistic staff;
   • there is fixture (e.g. non-removable object) inside the delivery location and the product has to be passed through it by hand of our logistic staff;
   • Customers will be informed of delivery charges (if applicable) before delivery. Extra delivery charges are payable to logistic staff directly at the time of delivery.
